  • Suitable for indoor use or outdoor use on a covered porch.
  • Includes standard poly cushion. The natural colored cushion is made with Sunbrella fabric for superior durability and fade resistance.

  • Care: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid direct sunlight. Regularly dust using a soft brush or vacuum with a brush attachment.
  • If left in direct sunlight, rattan can dry out and potentially crack. To prevent this, moisten the rattan every month using a lightly damp white cotton cloth and let dry naturally.
  • If used outdoors on a covered porch, rattan ages and will take on a more muted shade. To preserve its original color and beauty, avoid exposure to the sun.
  • Avoid putting undue stress (like standing or kneeling) on wicker rattan.
  • Small, grass-like strands may protrude from the woven rattan. Carefully trim with scissors without pulling.
  • Blot spills immediately with a damp cloth. Do not rub. For tougher stains, use a soft brush with mild soapy water and rinse well.
  • For harder-to-remove stains, use a soft brush and mild soapy water and rinse well. Then let it dry naturally. Avoid the use of cleaners and abrasives, as these will damage the rattan.
  • For dusting, vacuum the rattan weaves periodically using a soft brush attachment or comb the surface with a soft bristle brush.
  • Small grass-like strands may protrude from the woven rattan. Do not pull on them. Instead, carefully trim the loose fibers with scissors.
  • This is a final sale item and non-returnable.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–8 weeks. For made-to-order items, please allow 17–19 weeks for arrival.

Shipping:

  • Free Shipping: Most items ship at no extra cost. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
  • Shipping Times: Lead times vary by vendor and product type. All estimates are subject to change. If delays occur, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
  • Curbside Delivery: Most standard shipping orders are delivered to your curb. Freight carriers do not enter residences.
  • White Glove Delivery: If available, this option will appear at checkout and includes in-home placement, one flight of stairs, and packaging removal. Assembly is not included but may be available for an additional cost.
  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the contiguous 48 states. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are available, but customers are responsible for all freight costs, and sales are final.
  • Freight Costs & Order Cancellations: If shipping costs make an order unfeasible, we will reach out to discuss options, including covering part of the cost or canceling with a full refund.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for select items within 10 days of delivery. Please check the product page for eligibility.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Customized, made-to-order, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • All returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Damages & Claims:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Freight Deliveries: Inspect before signing. If damaged, refuse the shipment and note “Damaged” on the bill of lading. We’ll arrange a replacement.
