Once the item is accepted and packaging is removed, it is no longer eligible for return.

- Freight carriers may deliver items to a fulfillment center before final delivery. A signature is required for freight shipments.

Shipping & Returns
Most items ship via UPS, FedEx, or freight depending on size and weight. Some orders may require a signature at delivery.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. Items must be in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final sale items include lighting that has been installed, artwork, mirrors, custom or made-to-order pieces, and sale items.
