- Our frames are made of solid rattan, which is extremely durable and can last for generations if properly cared for.
- A protective finish can be applied for added longevity without altering the look or feel of the item.
- Suitable for indoor use or covered outdoor spaces (not recommended for full exposure to the elements).
- Dust regularly with a soft brush or vacuum with a soft brush attachment.
- Blot spills immediately with a damp cloth. Avoid rubbing, which can damage the rattan fibers.
- For deeper cleaning, use a soft brush and mild soapy water. Allow to dry naturally.
- Avoid direct sunlight to prevent drying or discoloration.
- Regularly check for loose fibers and trim them carefully with scissors.

Shipping & Returns
Most items ship via UPS, FedEx, or freight depending on size and weight. Some orders may require a signature at delivery.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. Items must be in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final sale items include lighting that has been installed, artwork, mirrors, custom or made-to-order pieces, and sale items.
