Each bowl is crafted by hand in Portugal, where a team of women artisans brings decades of technique and care to every stage of the process—from shaping the clay to the final kiln firing. Perfect for morning yogurt, a scoop of sorbet, or simply styled on a shelf, this piece brings beauty and craftsmanship into the everyday. No two are exactly the same—and that’s exactly the point.

  • Process: Clay is cut and shaped, then kiln-fired at 1050°C for 9–10 hours. After drying, it’s hand-sanded, painted, glazed, and fired again at 1030°C. Some designs require additional firings.
  • Final step includes logo stamping and quality control before packing

Shipping:

  • Free Shipping: Most items ship at no extra cost. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
  • Shipping Times: Lead times vary by vendor and product type. All estimates are subject to change. If delays occur, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
  • Curbside Delivery: Most standard shipping orders are delivered to your curb. Freight carriers do not enter residences.
  • White Glove Delivery: If available, this option will appear at checkout and includes in-home placement, one flight of stairs, and packaging removal. Assembly is not included but may be available for an additional cost.
  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the contiguous 48 states. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are available, but customers are responsible for all freight costs, and sales are final.
  • Freight Costs & Order Cancellations: If shipping costs make an order unfeasible, we will reach out to discuss options, including covering part of the cost or canceling with a full refund.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for select items within 10 days of delivery. Please check the product page for eligibility.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Customized, made-to-order, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • All returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Damages & Claims:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Freight Deliveries: Inspect before signing. If damaged, refuse the shipment and note “Damaged” on the bill of lading. We’ll arrange a replacement.
