Delivery & Returns
Shipping is always free with Hadley James. Most items ship via standard parcel delivery. For larger furniture pieces, delivery may be made via threshold delivery, which includes scheduled delivery to the first dry location of your home, such as a porch, garage, or building entryway. A signature may be required at the time of delivery.
White Glove delivery is available for select furniture items for an additional fee and includes inside placement in your room of choice, unpacking, removal of packaging, and light assembly where applicable.
