- Care: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use ammonia-based cleaners. For lacquered finishes, avoid harsh scrubbing to prevent scratching.
- White glove delivery may be used depending on location and carrier. If applicable, it includes inside placement, unwrapping, removal of packaging, and up to 30 minutes of light assembly. Delivery is to the first floor only (or where elevator access is available). Once the item is accepted and packaging is removed, it is no longer eligible for return.

Shipping & Returns
Most items ship via UPS, FedEx, or freight depending on size and weight. Some orders may require a signature at delivery.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. Items must be in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final sale items include lighting that has been installed, artwork, mirrors, custom or made-to-order pieces, and sale items.
